Your program will begin with a complete assessment of your current physical capabilities, body measurements, history and goals. The initial assessment phase may take one or more sessions during which your coach will evaluate movement patterns, range of motion, strength levels, mobility and any limitations from prior injuries you may have. This is where we lay the groundwork for your specific program.

Skill Specific Personal Training
Skill Specific Personal Training is intended for athletes that are looking for more technical development with a barbell. This variation of personal training will be totally focused on helping the lifter excel with their technical abilities. It may take a single session to achieve the athlete’s goal or it could be a weekly or bi-weekly practice for several months.
Sport SPECIFIC Special Strength TRAINING
Sport Specific Special Strength Training will cater to the athlete who wants to use strength and conditioning principles to better athletic performance for their specific sport. This variation of personal training is 100% geared to finding and addressing the current weaknesses, increasing the strength, focus on nervous system optimization, special power development for the sport and a completely individualized workout program designed for this specific athlete and their goals. This isn't skills training for a sport, but increasing biomechanics and peak power production to increase their ability to use the skill set they already have to help the athlete reach their full potential.
